Observation: Mocha coffee mix was at 54 degrees F during inspection. Item was pulled from temperature control at 8:30am. Item was discarded.

Large accumulation of buildup and food debris notes during inspections. Several areas in food prep area and ware washing area, where spills are present. (cleaning solutions, melting ice, etc.)
