This date is past the allowed 7-day timeframe. Facility had not been selling hotdogs due to a backorder of hotdog buns. Corrected by: voluntarily discarding expired hot dogs.
   • 4-602.11(A-D )Cleaning frequency of food contact surfaces (PHF/TCS) — --Observation: Facility reported that in-use utensils like bread knives, spatulas, and serving ladles were not being changed out at the required frequency of once every 4 hours. Corrected by: initiating a new utensil schedule to require changing of utensils at more frequent intervals to align with the required 4 hour timeframe.
